What do we do?
The Lawsuit Reform Alliance of New York is a nonpartisan not-for-profit grassroots organization dedicated to reducing lawsuit abuse for the benefit of all New Yorkers.
Why is lawsuit reform important?
New Yorkers spend an estimated $6,600 per household on tort liability costs annually. New York’s broken civil justice system is becoming more and more costly to New York’s task payers.
